This leakage tester for ducts connects to a Swema 3000md with SWA 10. Swema 3000md controls the tester to test at selected pressure level between -850 and 850Pa. A leakage level is saved together with the pressure level.

The Swema 3000md inbuilt differential pressure sensor measures the over pressure in duct and SWA 10 measures the leakage flow over a throttle device with a certain k-factor.

An radial fan is used to be able to provide highest possible pressure at these moderate air flows.

Tighten the ventilation supply and exhaust with tightness bladders.

The duct leakage tester is used according to European standard EN 12237 and EN 1507 up to a limited pressure of 1500 Pa.
